With effect from the 20th January 2020 will we no longer accept prescription requests via this website. To continue to order your prescriptions online you have two options.
1.The New NHS App (Requires a smart phone)
You can download the new NHS App and once registered this will allow you to order prescriptions and book an appointment at any time using your smart phone.

You can register for a Patient Access account and once registered this will allow you to order prescriptions and book an appointment at any time using either a smart phone or computer.

We do not accept verbal requests for repeat prescriptions, unless there is an exceptional and genuine reason to do so.
If you are registered for Patient Services you can order your medication and book telephone triage appointments. Go to the patient services tab

Please always allow 4 working days between requesting the script and collecting it; please allow 5 working days if the script is being sent to a pharmacy.
We can arrange for prescriptions to be sent directly to most pharmacies in the area, and Cavendish Pharmacy, Kamsons Pharmacy and Seaforth Pharmacy offer a delivery service.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip or you will be sent a letter advising you of this. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
